Mr John Kirkby of Ashford Hill has retired from his position as Litter Warden for Ashford Hill after 31years of loyal service to the Parish Council and the community.
John has worked tirelessly over many years to keep our lovely village clean and tidy.
The Chair of the Parish Council, Cllr Stephen Hoskins, presented John with a gift card from the Parish Council and its parishioners at the June 2026 meeting of the Parish Council.
John received many tributes of appreciation from past and present Councillors and residents of the village.
